With a tear in my eye this morning I went and read through the new media buzz about the budget of our Government, this was more upsetting when I looked into what they fund and what they took away.

 

They gave the FBI 93 billion dollars to fight the drug war, this is on top of the defense budgets allotment to the FBI for the same thing, what does that mean and why the Tear….

 

Last week during a protest two California Highway Patrol Officers when identified and their cover was blown by aware citizens and one aware news camera man. The images everyone should be real familiar with by now, I hope. The image of one officer holding down a citizen while the other point a gun at over 45 people within range of that weapon.

 

Here is what our leaders of this nation just signed, the California Highway Patrol will be granted the funds for those officers wages and equipment down to their transportation costs, clothing, and that smaller than official sized weapon, for the undercover work done while they solicited the crowd to loot stores. The image of the citizen on the ground was the man who confronted them, the two officers on their stance to incite the looting, he recognized one of the officers.

 

The Tear, Now not only can be the Police, Highway, and State, but there will now be the US Marshals, FBI employees and “Special Contractors” will be joining the efforts of Solicitation of Violence.

 

The leaders will not discuss this they will not change this nor the stance, they have passed laws which enact these things on the US Citizens, they do this fully knowing they themselves will not be held accountable, in fact they can not even be sued for damages these laws make.

 

The protest of the Sixties and the return of PEACE marches is the only grievance they will hear, I have written even the President on these issues and even he will not reply nor change the view.

 

The Officers of America are at WAR with the citizens per law, they will continue to do these wrongs……

 

We need to have a Peace March formally on the nations Capital, these marches can not be lead by those who have already invigorated the stance of Yelling and Anger, This must be done with no anger, but with purpose and resolve. This should be done on January 19^th the birthday of Martin Luther King Jr.

 

I will walk, if even I have to hitch a ride like I once did to honor the ideal of Freedom, to honor the ideal of that DREAM, will you join me?

What will it take?

Do you like what you are seeing and reading about what is happening in the USA right now?

 

Protests against Discriminations, A Report of Torture by our Governing leaders, Bankers and Insurance companies getting more and more Powerful… Contractors legally getting way with crimes…. And our Leaders saying they will not hold themselves accountable…

 

We know the issue is corruptions yet few will make a stand to correct it, how much corruptions are going on right now?

 

I read this morning that a Democrat wants to have sweeping changes in the CIA, yet the same democrat voted for the continuance of these wrongs, in fact both sides of the politicians voted and approved the continence of both never ending expenses of WAR, the Terror War and the Drug War were and are both fully funded for the next year.

 

Why did Oliver North go to jail? Why did President Nixon resign? Why does not the Justice Department investigate the Terror Report? Why does not the Justice Department investigate the Discriminations of the Drug War?

 

When will you say enough? What horror will it take?

 

I say recall them all if they voted for the Defense Budget the Intelligence Budget and the State Department Budget then they are as GUILTY as Nixon and Oliver North.

 

If we can not learn from our own history what future do we have?

 

By their vote by the action of voting for those bills they are going to put us into more and more Violence.

 

What will it take before you demand they do the right thing?

 

I say we can and should recall them and start again a new election for each and every one of them.

Social Services and the Governor...

So it is Mr. Otter we again turn our attention to you, not some much in what you say you are doing, but more to the point of what you are actually doing.

 

Maybe Mr. Simpson can ask you a few questions to help, if the over all amount of requests and people who are on a social service like rent assistance are down, why does the cost keep going up? According to Mr. Simpson he says it is the that poor are not being challenged enough to go get a job, that there are just too many deadbeats eating on the Government dime.

 

But let’s see if that make sense, if the over all number of requests are down how come the expense goes UP?

 

Well history helps a bit but only to identify who did what, not who said what. Mr. Simpson and the Ted Cruz have been telling America the issue with social welfare is the people getting the Social Service right, what they have been doing is training these Non-profits how to supply food stamps, yes you see we used to have federal employee’s assigned to help state employee’s ensure the social services were fare and the people requesting the assistance were doing their part. What is driving some of the costs up are these Non-profits need that 21% service charge for administering the social service which is costing more than when the stated did the job.

 

All except here in Idaho, were Governor Otter Goes a bit further or should I say as the Leader of this state, has found another way to drive those cost up. 

 

You see Neighborhood Housing Authority, is granted the part of supplying rent assistance and places to live for those who are in need of a home, now we know they have that 21% to manage these services the costs of administrations, yet here in Boise Idaho we have a for PROFIT company managing the Housing Projects for the granted non-profit NHS ( Neighborhood Housing Authority) this for profit company manages properties all over the state.

 

So the costs go up when the managing company charges more to the state for their services of managing these properties, it also goes up when this company is sued or challenged in court by residents. In fact this company seems to pass the direct costs of their management plus the companies profit on to the renters and NHS, the state.

 

Now hold on I am saying they are charging more to the state and to the RENTERS of the STATE FUNDED HOUSING PROJECTS. The people in need.

 

The people in need can not complain to the state that the state service is being managed by a company who want s to make a profit on renters, the people who are in need of the social services. A state issue it is the managing company’s issue, yet the state owns the buildings. No one can complain the government is being decimated about who lives or even how one can get into a rent assisted housing, because the managing company is not the state, yet the state owns the service.

 

So the reality of rent assistance and the costs are about managing the properties not about services to those who need assistance.

 

So Mr. Otter now that we a clearer understanding of how the state costs of renters assistance is going up, and the management of these services under your leadership as governor.

 

First Question that comes to mind Mr. Otter is How do you make it okay, for a non-profit service ( renters assistance ) granted to the state of Idaho from the budgets Mr. Simpson has provided the State from the federal government, our taxes at work supporting those in need, How Sir do you make it okay for a For PROFIT company to manage the state Housing assistance buildings?

 

Does their for Profit status mean that it is okay to charge the state more, and the renters more even though the state owns the properties?

 

Next question Sir goes straight to the point of assistance, if the state is paying more now, than when the state managed these properties why do you not save money and remove the for Profit company from these services?

 

You are the governor you are the one under oath of office to make these decisions, Why do you allow the corruptions and the miss management to continue?

 

This is part one Mr. Otter between now and the end of the year, we are going to go in-depth in this issue, the reason is the miss management which leads to the corruptions on your desk, the assumptions being either you allow it or are part of it.

I think I need to know this before we go too much further I need to understand your relationship with our Congressman Mr. Mike Simpson, I would like to know about your inactions, your lack of effort, and mostly I would like to know WHAT you are going to do about his involvement in a Conspiracy.

When I was young I was told many things, things that made others out to be different.

 

I remember to be almost glued to the T.V. and the Radio in car listening to another say that was wrong. What he said made sense, what he said he proved with emotion and conviction that the wrong could be set right.

Dear Sir, we agree you have now been reelected the citizens said they have faith. I wish upon you and yours a season of greetings a season of Joy.

 

To the question I have I ask now with all my heart I ask simply Will you lead?

 

The question of who and how Ferguson Missouri became a War zone is only too clear, Sir are you going to call for the full stop of the Drug War? Are you going to allow known discriminations to harm our state?

 

You said you supported Mr. Mike Simpson for representation of Idaho in our Nation to speak for and act for Idaho, each citizen. You sir are aware of these discriminations, proven and enforced and paid for by our tax..

Sir if it is known that our Friend Mr. Mike Simpson, is also aware of these things and has done nothing to stop, nor hinder these wrongs, but in fact has solicited and confirmed the contracts behind these laws. From the cost of the prisons to the cost of local armed force training and every dime nickel bolt and bullet.

 

He has been swayed to these actions by the proceeds of Party and his friendships of conspiracy.

 

Sir His Friend John Borhner, Has pushed through law after law, offered avoidance after avoidance to resolve the fundamental GOP Drive to War upon anyone for profit, have in fact enacted these laws, have shown no restraint to any issue, including the removal of legal guilt to crimes they committed. They have knowingly put armed troops and training in the cities of this nation, while with full intent have been prosecuting discriminations.

 

They have by enacted and funded a WAR based on National Origin and Finical wellbeing.

 

Sir our faith in leader has restraints it is your privilege to serve, will you lead this state or if your are bold Sir this Nation and Call for Justice and STOP THESE WARS?
