Well now Governor Butch Otter,
Today we have a few special requests of your reply……..LOL
Mr. Otter did you endorse Mr. Simpson? I think I need to
know this before we go too much further I need to understand your relationship
with our Congressman Mr. Mike Simpson, I would like to know about your
inactions, your lack of effort, and mostly I would like to know WHAT you are
going to do about his involvement in a Conspiracy.
Let me help you here so you can see the implications of the
Conspiracy and Mr. Simpsons Actions and your INACTIONS.
The term under Idaho LAW is defined as;
TITLE 18
CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS
CHAPTER 17

persons does any act to effect the object of the combination or conspiracy,
each shall be punishable upon conviction in the same manner and to the same
extent as is provided under the laws of the state of Idaho for the punishment
of the crime or offenses that each combined to commit.
Also please note this from Idaho LAW; this is the one Mr.
Simpson is trying to avoid prosecution of;
TITLE 18

prisoners. Every officer who is guilty of willful inhumanity or oppression
toward any prisoner under his care or in his custody is punishable by fine not
exceeding $5,000, and removal from office.
And this one
TITLE 18
CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS
CHAPTER 20
CRIMINAL SOLICITATION
18-2001. Definition of solicitation. A
person is guilty of criminal solicitation to commit a crime if with the purpose
of promoting or facilitating its commission he solicits, importunes, commands,

establish complicity in its commission or attempted commission.
This bring this one up to question you SIR;
TITLE 18
CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS
CHAPTER 7
ARRESTS AND SEIZURES OF PERSONS OR PROPERTY -- SPECIAL
OFFICERS
18-701. Refusal of officer to make
arrest. Every sheriff, coroner, keeper of a jail, constable, or other
peace officer, who willfully refuses to receive or arrest any person charged
with criminal offense, is punishable by fine not exceeding $5,000, and

Now not to do the JOB of the Attorney General in the State
of Idaho, Mike Simpson voted in conspiracy to escape prosecution on a federal
level, did this with other GOP members, the determination of multiple actors
involved in this case is set, the determination of GUILT is for a Jury to
decide. Failure to act is a violation of STATE LAW Sir.
