Something just must be said

There are moments when something just needs to be said.

I was under the impression that we still have the Patriot Act enforced, I was under the impression that our Representatives and The President still have in place a law which allows them to data mine, create and maintain a new complete intelligence agency Homeland Security, employ special contractors to act on our behalf, I was under the impression we were still at War with Terror.

In this Fox News report, I find issue with our elected officials;

“Boyd said the intelligence community provided plenty of warning to the Obama administration that the insurgent Islamic State in Iraq and Levant, known as ISIL, could move on Iraqi cities.

"Anyone who has had access to and actually read the full extent of CIA intelligence products on ISIL and Iraq should not have been surprised by the current situation," he said.

Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Mich., the chairman of the House intelligence committee, agreed, saying, "This was not an intelligence failure -- this was a policy failure."”

I was under the impression from the Fox News report that Rep John Boehner (R) sent out a memo reminding everyone of the purpose of separation of powers..

"For years Americans have watched with concern as President Barack Obama has declined to faithfully execute the laws of our country - ignoring some statutes completely, selectively enforcing others, and at times, creating laws of his own.

Article II, Section III of the Constitution of the United States dictates that the president, as head of the Executive Branch of our government, "shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed," even if the president does not agree with the purpose of that law.
Under the Constitution's separation of powers principle, only the Legislative Branch has the power to legislate.”

If one is the case of selective enforcement then the status of the Patriot Act is now in question.

The issue is which one is not being selectively enforced but which one violates the oath of office which they represent, we are at war, our military and our intelligence agencies are accountable to follow orders, are sworn to up hold the laws as are you sir.

With all Ernest at my disposal let me remind you of the executive Orders given and the reason behind them.

It would seem sir that executive orders contain a budget and military piece, it would seem that to confront one, one must confront them all. Pay attention to that line in the first graph and explain to me the reason we are where we are right now.

Part of those budgets require accountabilities, as does each executive order.

To what business are you in, the development of War, the development of outrageous means to destroy human life? How much more than the threat have you assigned to each of these issues, Heart disease, cancer, strokes, respiratory illnesses, diabetes or Alzheimer’s which claimed over 1,650,000 American lives in 2007, the Government spent 9.6 billion in ways to improve those illnesses, However Terrorism had claimed about 300 lives per year on average over the previous decade, but 150 billion was spent to prevent terrorist attacks, which jumped respectfully to each action of War.

With the 9-11 the amount of executive Orders containing Intelligences and Military actions and their expense has double, with the involvement of Special Contractors and Covert actions being the majority of those listed executive orders.

Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Mich., the chairman of the House intelligence committee, agreed, saying, "This was not an intelligence failure -- this was a policy failure." Rep John Boehner (R)  This was not a Policy, this the results of the incompetence in the actions of War, an incompetence which by your own vote has show precedence of your intention.

Your Intention is that America be at War, to support this industrial military complex, you have even militarized the local police forces, in a continuing effort to profit from the productions of War materials.

Explain then to me why you voted Nay on the Department of Peace. 2005…
