Crooks, I mean Crooks.

 

I found a new store today, kind of cool really all done up in pretty colors and all, however it is what is on the shelves that seems a bit odd.

 

At this new store when you walk in, you give the cashier your money to hold while you shop, now this new store doesn’t really have any products, it only offers a service, of holding that money.

 

The service is it sets the price of products, it charges for the productions of any item that a company wants to sell, a simple 10%, then it sets that price, plus that ten percent, then pays only a certain part of the bill when you get back to the cashiers. I think this business is kind of cool, the company makes profit off items before it makes profit on selling the same items, but wait they also make money on the holding of your money while you shop. Interest rates daily compounded interest rates on top of the production charges, on top of the price fixing profit, they make you give them your money so they can make interest off that money, while charging you for that service of holding your money.

 

I pointed out the clear profiteering, in the price fixing, the holding the money for less of a return on the money. I was told the business is totally legal, in fact so legal, that it has a list of our own Congressmen and Representatives as well as the last two Presidents who support this.

 

I pointed out, that company is a crook, they are charging you to hold your money, the set the prices of the products, they charge for the productions of the products to the company, then they only return to you a portion of your moneys value in a product. I said this has to be illegal. For then what is the difference of a robber taking all your money, and this company taking only a portion of your money.

 

I was informed it is totally legal, in fact it is now mandated that every one use that store, I said that person must be smoking crack, because no way would our leaders allow such a thing to happen, you see with the price fixing, this would control the economy, in fact it would inflate the economy, because while price fixing is going on, they charge for the production to the manufacturer which would drive prices up as the cost of the production just went up, which would mean you have even less value to your dollar, which they would return the value of at less, plus make profit on the interest of that money.

 

So I asked Why would I give my money to some one to hold, so they can price fix what I need to purchase, charge for that item a percent just for productions, make interest off my time, then charge me for them to do this. I think I could manage a better deal on any of the products, at least one would think, right.

 

For years of complaints of price fixing, years of proven malicious inflation, years of court settlements proving these very things. Pushing the minimum survival costs up at every turn. You are now mandated to use that service.

 

Insurance, weather for that auto loan, that home loan, or now even our health all of which is mandated by law.

 

A memory of mine, the housing crash not too long ago. Every Loan I have ever seen or herd about for a house includes some kind of mortgage insurance, you the building, the weather, all kind of have that need for that insurance, it is on each loan. It is offered by a company it includes what is risked by you, the bank, the insurance company and the government. How come they never paid for their share of the risk, we did twice, once on the loan, then again during the government bail out, how come they did not pay that which the bank could not meet, what they risked?

 

Every time someone hits my beat up old truck, I am told what the insurance company will pay for.

 

Every time I go to the Doctors, I see a Doctor who pays malpractice insurance to a company that sets the price of what its willing to pay for that doctors visit, and anything that I may need as a result of that visit. I have to give them my money to hold while they do this knowing that they will not give me the value of my money returned, then and only then will they pay 80% of the price they just fixed.

 

Insurance the largest cause of inflation of medical costs is malpractice insurance, the largest cost to any one patient over the course of their life, not the medications, the X-rays, the new technology, or a Doctor who profits so that he may one day earn enough to play a game of golf, but the insurance.

 

Insurance the Crooks that do not pay, control your money, control the costs and are now rewarded with a law MANDATING every one to use them again.

 

Its criminal to rob someone of their money knowingly, at 325 million Americans paying an average of 320 a person per month, with a known pay out by control of less than 80% to any one individual. You can see why they lobbied so hard to get this approved, the compounded interest rate will pay for the contributions needed to make this law,  and will keep this a law as well.

 

From 1970 to 2010 the inflation of medical costs were blamed on Malpractice insurance, the companies that you now use to buy your health care from. The number one cause of inflation going all the way back, the profiteering of the health insurance industry, it has resulted in the highest per person cost of living inflation in the last 60 plus years.

 

All they do is hold your money to pay for a service you may one day need. While they Charge the Doctor or service provider Malpractice Insurance, then they set the price you are going to pay, but will only give 80% of that price.

 

I wonder how much a doctors visit would cost without them.
