Is America polarized

Is America polarized because of ideology or because of the politicians? How does this polarity hurt our society?

This can be a thick debate, depending on which you pick on as the issue, however when you look at the question again, you see the real problems...

Is America itself the cause of the division of social beliefs, or are the politicians to blame for a divide between the populous?

Seeing that a social belief will change in time from elements outside of the social environment, this will always be under a constant flux of popularity.

However when one looks to the issues of the last 75 years, it is plain to see that it’s the politicians to blame. Allow me to expound: Alliances and greed have defiled the system that sets our representatives within the two party system; (clearly do they support party lines and agendas vis a vis exactly what their own rules say that they should not), this is without a doubt not the actual requests of the communities, or constitutes. As representatives, who are they representing? It is currently not the people.

Politicians play moral games to avoid accountability of America’s issues. I will use the abortion issue as one example; the courts up held abortion as the choice of the mother to a certain point of time, the right ( I hate this word) conservatives want the right of life to each child no matter the age, or what the mother has to say. At the same time, they, the right, (Again a foul taste) the “conservatives” have pushed for more and more military armaments and have used those arms. So these “conservatives” (Yuck that word just doesn’t work for them, sorry) are saying morally all life should be granted, yet we spend billions on the development of the destruction of life. America spends more money on arms than the entire economic powers of world combined. More than a thousand to one of all other U.S, government function it does.

Laws like the healthcare bill show the depths of these alliances to greed; this law not only causes more cost, it actually enforces those increases by law. If there is today in America a Doctor who, with brown bag in hand, knocks upon the door to see/service your family, he is not individual that picks the price of the service. In fact under this law he would not be able to do that very thing, the liability insurance of those actions would force his cost up to a higher level than that of a hospital. The insurance companies not only get paid for the liability insurance but also in the health policy thus they get paid twice for every transaction, they get the profits of the earnings of the funds while awaiting your visit. You are paying them before the service is rendered! The doctor is paying them to protect that service.

These are clearly a violation of the foundation of this republic; in fact these may actually constitute treason. The fact is that we are at war, both the drug and terror wars, which allow our government to detain individuals without trial in any prison, international or of our own, can and do hold without charge individuals without due process or fair representation. The fact is, that these individuals are being held outside of our country and thus are not subject to our laws. It is the duty of court and law that the evidence be presented and the individual stand trail, not only as his right of being an individual, but also as a right of the prosecution to prove with evidence a violation of our law.

It is an individual’s right to pursue prosperity equally and independently, be they a doctor or dentist, and they are by law forced to pay for an alliance otherwise he or she cannot practice. He must pay for the liability insurance to practice, and then you are forced to pay the same insurer to receive those services. This is mandated by law and forces every business, every person to pay the insurer before the services are rendered. The insurer then can invest these funds and produce a profit to the gleam of the shareholders, guaranteeing profit isolation and control over a full spectrum of services. Hey, didn’t we have laws against monopolies?

By law, the banks which we just bailed out are allowed to invest in the stock market on services you will use, and then charge you for the financing of those items; they can invest in properties and businesses which provide them the very items they choose to loan on (the new carpetbagger). They by law can elevate the value of those items on a whim by investment, guaranteeing profit of unimagined proportions based on a investment of your use. This is clear financial control of the market.

Our system of representation is not broken, it not being used, it is only being abused by both parties to entertain the alliances those parties and individuals have had and continue to build, blindly of the constitutes’ voice and vote; they have and do entertain the idea that you will not know them, they are allowed to be purchased by campaign money.

Too blindly have you believed that the issue of a woman’s rights are equal value to these people, that the cost of the most needy, the value of your home, the value of an individual to bare arms, are even close to what the issue facing us as a cost of government functions is, when the expense of armament alone is so unfathomable compared to all other functions of government that they are equal to less than a single .01 percent.

The politicians, currently sitting or campaigning to sit will not openly debate these things due to party lines and those alliances. They are financed and put into power by those alliances of the parties, not by themselves, and not the “representatives” we rely so much on. To have you believe that they have your best interest at heart, while accepting cash donations from these alliances, is the false belief that America is of the people for the people, when in fact it is of alliances to alliances for those alliances.

Your voice does count, your vote does count and both are needed at this time more than any other in the history of this nation. If your representative has voted pro or con to enact any of these laws, especially the transparency of security, the development of  the department Homeland Security’s ability to collect without warrant, information or data on you while looking for an un-named, unknown terrorist; if they have screamed about the use of private contractors to do covert operations within and outside our borders without the actions of congress or the voice of the people, each one needs to be recalled and replaced.

Our constitution demands this of each of us; this is not a request given to the most powerful, but a course of action of the individual. This is not a right, but a responsibility. We are to hold our representatives accountable to higher standard, we are to question these acts against the communities in which we live, by that very core of each individual does the government act, thus you are responsible for the budget of trillions of dollars spent on war armaments, you are responsible for the health and well being of the community, of our nation, a nation not built on the profit of war, or the profit of a few, but on the people who require assistance, thus joining together for a common goal of independence, personal prosperity and the justice of a fair and equal treatment under the law.

Have no misconceptions of your responsibilities, for they are claiming that these laws are what you asked for, that you requested of them, while hiding the fact of these alliances from you, to the point where the sitting U.S. president, can and will enact “control” with or without the support of your congress, without the support of your vote; he will place the armed military in action inside and outside of this country without support of the other two branches of government for a group who is unnamed unknown and unclear as to the violations of our laws, a group of “terrorists;” this is a clear violation of the powers set by the constitution.

The collection of personal information from email, or personal correspondence, including personal images, personal likes or dislikes; this data mining is a clear violation of privacy when attained without a warrant. The continued armament of a police force that is not in uniform, doing action and even committing atrocities against its own citizens and citizens abroad are the actions of tyrants. No matter how transparent it might be, it is an action of war against our own communities.
