It is the easiest of ways to fight doubt with humor, for when ones sees the humor one see a way to change the doubt.
A worth of self is but a reflection of others in ones mind, the choice to judge it or value it is clear, however it is still only in ones mind.
To change only takes the decision.
When a soul is at the end of life it does leave judgments behind, and cares only for the value of love returned, the choice is we can live this way. This is our worth of self.
