A game of words….
A Game of words where the stake of the word is equated to
human lives, not the focus of the intent but the results of the efforts.
Foreign Policy, National Policy, National Security all have
become privatized When even the security of our diplomats, the compounds of our
Embassies, Covert actions, Intelligence gathering and annalists, all provided
by Private Companies and Corporations, even the advisors to our military for
actions and plans of actions all rests in the hands of Private Business.
Making a service, providing a product of use, with the
desire of that use and repeated use for the profit of the business is the goal
of any business.
How come the world has seen less peace since the Ronald
Reagan “Tear the Wall Down Speech”, than it did when we were under the grips of
the Cold War, where the threat of Nuclear winter placed Humanity on the brink
of self destruction?
The answer is the Policy Wars. There are two Policy Wars in which
America
has full engagement in from boots on the ground, to the commitment of intelligence
personnel and complete services of the Armed Forces.
Both these wars have been used for bipartisan agreement with
increase in expense, as a cash cow in legislations for military and intelligence
funding, from special financing, to special access to personal correspondence,
to treaties and alliances within business as well as within nations, special
rules and laws of export and import, awards in contracts to “special”
contractors. Gains have been made in stealth, aero space, and digital imagery,
digital capture, to small arms munitions and tactical gear.
At the heart of these wars, is law after law and reference
after reference to “bring to justice the supporter of terror, whether from
organized crime of drugs or the organized crime of terrorism, the banker the
financer, the dealers of trade of arms, the weaponry dealer, as well as the terrorist or drug trafficker
themselves.”
The complete re-organizations and of tasking our
intelligence agencies, and re-tasking the military under the leadership of
Reagan, fine tuned by George W.H. Bush and Clinton then under George W. Bush
has lead us to believe that the “failures” of these Policy Wars have been a
result of poor intelligence. Yet, the action of commandos being built into a
General of armed strength by supporter after supporter, without limit continues.
(It is?) ****At odds with all of this cost and directions,
this armaments and spies.
A policy to arm criminals to fight criminals, street gangs
against street gangs, and to build terrorist against the terrorists; it is a
never ending supply of terror. To which these agreement of bipartisan
legislations profit from within the very core of the selling of armament, and
training of these criminals among criminals.
They have used an alliance of privilege in the Middle East
to focus business agreement, civil agreement, finical and militarization
agreements to endanger the world by the ill-will of surrounding nations and
citizens, giving rise to the demand for more purchases by those neighboring
nations as allies of ours in military defense equipment and intelligence to
fight the very rebels of the past who were founded armed and trained by us under
the very same policy.
This results in the rise to the ability of fanatical beliefs
or political beliefs to be used as a training ground of rebel after rebel on
either side of any political or religious border or boundaries as a profit
center of trades in arms.
Yet in law after law year after year of the Wars of Policy
not a single arms dealer, supplier of munitions, the seller of the river of
blood, the person who sells the flow of rockets of horror, has been stopped.
A policy bent by Bush leadership has yet been called due,
the crafting of law of avoidance, by the use law the depths of which avoidance
of inhumane treatment of the prisoners of these very Policy Wars on our allies
soil to avoid the presenting of evidence of these arms dealers and these funders
of terror, these friends of our friends, allies of our allies, who we use to
sell our own supplies of armaments to arm a criminal against a criminal.
By our own reports we have used terror, new reports are
avoided, cleaned of “classified” information, stopping even military tribunals
of the known actors of terror, the known criminal of horror.
They have failed not only to provide “arms dealer”, they
failed to follow law after law requiring just that. They allowed this to
continue unbridled since the Bush/Cheney Administration a administration that
may have in fact violated the term “Crime against Humanity” by “WAR CRIMES”. “The
ill treatment of prisoners of War a crime of agreement to a court we ourselves
helped build”, and “Torture”. This used in further horrify mockingly by hopeful
replacements.
Under the executive orders of the President, Bush/ Cheney
administration and the building of Homeland Security, constantly written in to
these laws is the use of special contractors; mercenaries. In each, the
abilities of businesses to profit from war increased with special contractors
doing the duties once assigned to the US Armed Services.
Our Armed Services may well have left the battle fields of Iraq and Afghanistan , yet these special
private contractors remain, mercenaries under no rule of law; giving security
and intelligence even to the diplomatic and international communities through their
private investment into the very need for the services of these contractors.
Diplomatic peace cannot be achieved if the armaments of
defense are in the hands of the profiteers of services and products of war.
A fundamental issue lies before the world, the concept of peace
as lived by the people of these communities. In the years of modern warfare, of
industrialization, mechanized abilities; in the years since these things
started, as a world one community arming nations against the fear of another
nation has crossed the line of profit. A profit solicited and obtained to
endanger the very core ideal of humanity, that of coming together of
individuals to live in harmony within a township, within the greater community
of the world.
At every corner of excuse stemming from nation or belief,
political stance or religion they arrive at the same conclusion: the
responsibility to pay for more War.
It is clear, the crookedness of words spoken from an advisor
who profits most by the use of his product or service on the use his own
advisements. For his supply is his own business his own profit.
When our Military withdrew, our contractors took over. These
mercenaries took over. The total increase in military expense spent for these
contractors has failed by their own greed. The business of failing to produce a
single arms dealer capable of supplying complete battle field troops of 10,000
or more, rest solely upon a business of selling arms, this lays claim to the
treasuries of these individuals and companies with whom they work for.
These are not the manufacturers of tools or bombs, but the
manufacturers of (false) Security, of Intelligence, of Advisement and their
advisements has been true to their business, Billions upon billions in
contracts, of doing what our Armed Services are supposed to do.
It is they, these leaders’ advisors, who lay claim to the
policy of arming Rebels to fight Rebels; a profit no less inhumane than laying
waste by nuclear device, for the cost of this failed policy of death by
terrorist named rebel today is unequaled in the history of Humanity.
