What you mean the Patriot Act, it’s not the biggest increase in spy spending in the history of Man…..

 

The Patriot Act explained somewhat differently….

 

Bush being Bush 2.0 was raised by a father who was Eye deep in stories of Spies and the Lies, it must be noted that his preference to follow his Father is thus stated. How the Hell would he not get along with Dick Cheney, whose public two step and shear delight to use covert operations to achieve is duly noted by the “Enron, run run”, and of coarse his no associations with “Halliburton”.

 

The conclusion of course of such a joining is the new Department of Homeland Security, the 16^th spy agency. (Remember republicans don’t like duplications of services) Reason given all the others Spy agencies do not talk to each other, ( they are spies denial and avoidance are part of their training.) The box office proves everyone loves a good spy story. ( Bourne Identity through Ultimatum Thank you Hollywood as quick proof.)

 

Dick-e-duck a dodge, Cheney was the man setting as President of Senate, he must have brokered some of the most incredible deals, while leading the then republican party to “achieve” the follow through of the Bush/Cheney Doctrine known as the Patriot Act.

 

Wisdom or Folly then falls on Congress to write laws out of concepts presented by our Commander and Chief. Now everyone loves to point out how Congress Loves to justify the expense of something. So in their wisdom or folly they have used that Act of Law to justify the largest increase in Military spending in the history of MAN. They used the then two Publicly advertized Military Wars and the two concept or Policy Wars to increase our national defense budget. ( I would assume the idea there is if we have a new spy agency, we will need more military defense.)

 

Now years later they are still using that Act to fund those same two concept or Policy Wars, those being the War on Drugs and the War on Terror. Policy Wars are not the same as military wars, they like the policy have no boarders, have no real person held accountable but a group of what can only be described as Hoodlums and Hobgoblins. Hoodlums are actual criminals have a tendency towards violence, they like to work together to gain more just like any other business. Hobgoblins are scary boogiemen of the night, made of imagination to sound so horrific that it takes a hero to conquer.

 

Well now some scribe ( for you know no living congressmen would do such a thing) wrote into the Patriot Act. a to statement in law that someone will have to provide a few things it  “Authorizes of the complete civil forfeiture all assets, foreign or domestic of a terrorist organization” and “Present to Prosecutions any organization or individual who is found to supply, support or fund a terrorist organization.”

 

So how tied together are the two Policy Wars in justifications of expense, services rendered, with the use of technology and most importantly gaining Intelligence though the use of our “Intelligence agencies” information on who what when and where in the world to strike. 

 

Well that bring us up to January of this very year…..Remember the Vice President is the President of the Senate a such has to send to his boss the requests from the representative side of our government. I’ll quote him here….

“Dear Mr. President:

In accordance with section 6 of the Consolidated Appropriations

Act, 2014 (the "Act"), I hereby designate for Overseas

Contingency Operations/Global War on Terrorism all funding

(including the rescission of funds) so designated by the

Congress in the Act pursuant to section 251(b) (2) (A) of the

Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as

amended, as outlined in the enclosed list of accounts.

The details of this action are set forth in the enclosed letter

from the Director of the Office of Management and Budget.

The Honorable Joseph R. Biden, Jr.

President of the Senate

 

Two things are apparent, the Overseas Contingency Operations/Global War on Terrorism gets all funding, including rescission funds, and the Timing of it now as one of the first official letters from the President of the Senate to the President surly shows.

 

OCO/Global War on Terrorism uses the Patriot Act as a means to gain information of suspected terrorist domestically and internationally.

 

 

 That poor scribe again yes we need to get back to the scribe, that poor guy was making so sure not to cross the line on the bill of rights and the constitution of the US by defining clear rights and privileges granted to the “ now 16 Secret Agencies under the leadership of the NEW department of Homeland Security” the POOR Scribe placed “Authorizes Seizures of the complete civil forfeiture all assets, foreign or domestic of a terrorist organization” and “Present to Prosecutions any organization or individual who is found to supply, support or fund a terrorist organization.” . Other wise the possibility of open rebellion is too high!

 

Intelligence used in this case, must be as information gained from covert operatives those spies again….obviously not what makes any sense.

 

So again now that we have gone full circle around the religious aspects of Peace in the Middle East, Pointed out a few reasons that one of our must trusted Allies “Neighbors” might have reason of Ill-will toward our Ally and thus US. We come again now to how even the most sharp individual will say if they have continue to have and get Weapons, HOW COME the “Authorizes Seizures of the complete civil forfeiture all assets, foreign or domestic of a terrorist organization” and “Present to Prosecutions any organization or individual who is found to supply, support or fund a terrorist organization.” HAS never happened?
