18 U.S.C. 2339B of the US Patriot Act prohibits,

“providing material support or resources” to an organization the Secretary of State has designated as a “foreign terrorist organization.” The material support ban was first passed as part of the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996 (AEDPA). The provision’s purpose is to deny terrorist groups the ingredients necessary for planning and carrying out attacks.

IMPEACH HIM and every other senator or congressmen who voted on the Patriot Act who continues to want to arm rebels to fight rebels for they have to know the rebels they arm, when their political coffers are filled with Contractors of the defense industry and the very “Special Contractors” the law created!

 

Want to talk about how these Congressmen claim poor intelligence when it comes to stopping the flow of arms, they sure don’t.

 

Arrest that man right now place him and his staff in jail for the crime he must be committing, This law carries with it the death penalty, and may in fact show clear proof of TREASON and conspiracy to commit TREASON, his staff may knowingly or unknowingly be a part of such crimes, his associations as well as his fellows of the congress and senate needs to be investigated and this man should Hang if he is convicted right a long side of George W. Bush and Dick Cheney for their crime of War crimes and Torture. Which they will never do by avoidance, never admit this even under threat of the imprisonments or death.

 

By law no further proof is needed to arrest them, or investigate them for there is clear proof given to investigate them for they are avoiding DISCLOSING these things before the election to hold their control of America to this policy of death without trail, torture without consequences, and the continued Warring Profits of their donors.

 

The American People need to address these things, hold accountable to law those who would profit by breaking the laws, The people need to understand why we are in a state of War for the last 34 years, why our economy is in such dire straights, the facts of profit out does the desire of a end from war.

 

Facts we out spend every other country on earth in weaponry and defense, our defense of this nation is corrupted by these leaders, they refuse to hold each other accountable, they out right break the laws of this country for profit of this industry. Our budget and our lives and the very way which we live as Americans has been violated by this corporate greed, and the constant donations to provide a leader who will continue these policy WARS.

 

They admit they know these terrorist groups intimately, yet in 34 years of this war on Terror, not a single arms dealer or terrorist funder has been brought to trail. The very intent of the law of the Patriot Act., and the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996.

 

This Senator has claimed poor intelligence as reason to invade Iraq looking for weapons of mass destructions, to which there was none, costing the lives of our own service members, to take and control a country for twelve years, put in place a structure of “Special Contractors” and SPIES to stop the very flow of arms. Yet he claims to know these rebels intimately. By his own words and actions does he admit to violating the laws of supporting terror, he is negligent in his duties as a senator; he is incompetent if he can not follow the laws he himself wrote and voted on.
