No Child Should Die by a Weaon of WAR

One could easily set and wonder what is really going on with our elected officials, but then the reality would make you sickened.

 

The no child should die by a weapon of war a series of writings has been about the why you as an American are so okay with defense spending and the reasons for all this war, from the reaches of the Middle East, to the drug wars of Central America, to the new inside our boarders war on terrorist. The questions come down to a few simple points and guess what it is all really about.

 

Lets go to Capital Hill and read some news from around the web then you tell me what those points are, LOL not really I am going to point it out yet again.

 

The word that comes to mind first is profit, at what expense, USNEWS Elizabeth Flock points out a simple but scary point about Ammo and what DHS training officer Humberto Medina said “DHS agents and officers need extensive training because they are exposed to a variety of situations and only have that weapon to protect their lives, they can’t contact air support like the army can, they have to be proficient at a very high level. This is in reply to the 1.6 billion bullets needed for training. DHS is the Department of Homeland Security which employs 70,000 officers to protect us inside our boarders; this is enough ammo to shoot everyone in America at least three times. For training purposes who are they really going to shoot when the time comes to pull that weapon and shoot someone after they practice that much? What is scary is that is more than the average Army officer by 1000 rounds per year, if we divided those rounds down to each year for each officer.

 

Okay true but we need to protect ourselves from terrorist right.

 

Huffington Post’s Saki Knafo posted the story of how the top Military officials say Pot Legalization efforts are harming the war on drugs, You know the other war that we have been in Since Reagan declared an all out effort to bring drugs under control. Hello that war has been going on for what now 24 years straight and what is the success of it, more and more Americans in jail, minorities and the poor lead the totals of those jailed, while more and more money is spent each year to fix something that according to them only war will fix.

 

Okay we need to stop the violence produced by our neighbor’s criminal element that just like probation, creating the element of crime syndicates by supply and demand over a social issue.

 

Okay so let’s move on to the next questionable behaviors and why we should worry.

 

Washington Post’s Jia Lynn Yang reported back in January that there is a war over tax credits for Research and Development of weapons, “raising the prospect that Boeing, Lockheed Martin and many smaller firms could reap hundreds of millions of dollars in fresh savings….this one blamed by the GOP on Obama’s desk.

 

This was again seconded today on Huffington Post’s Michael McAuliff, whose story points out that the GOP Lawmakers say yes to 310 Billion for Business, but NO to 12 Million for Kids at Risk. This was a measure to help stop foster kids out of the sex trade, it was too expensive at a million a year, while leaving the so called GE Loophole and six other expired tax cuts benefiting large corporations….The democrats are blaming this one on the GOP….

 

Paul Ryan with help from ultra conservatives ( by title they themselves have chosen) like Mike Simpson of Idaho are pushing a budget that the only topic not being discussed is defense spending, that budget reduces what they term as Entitlement of Welfare while boosting expenses and contracts to large companies like Boeing, Dow Chemical, Lockheed Martin and any suppler of weapons.

 

All this why courting Women’s vote on issues like equality, not really due to the bills being passed all over reducing Abortions, a 20 week ban in some places. Or courting the alliances on Data mining with Facebook, ISP’s and even LinkedIn to get that data, well what is really that data, Facebook, Instagram and the images for face reconditions, ISP on who you call, and who you communicate in text ( a written message that still does not fall under privacy like your standard snail letter) A cell phone that is listed as your personal phone ( like those old land lines require a warrant to get eavesdropped on) which seems to be open because it travels (the call) through a open air system of satellites and cell towers. ( Motorola’s contracts with you guessed it the defense industry, that Android phone of yours.) This is a National Security issue based on that war on terror.

 

So what really happened to that middle class America, well lets see if you are not ok with corporations getting benefits above the kid in the sex trade, you are under firer from the NSA and DHS ( ever wonder why it takes two government departments to spend that much money) as a possible person on interest in the war on terror. The real reason they need to practice so much, there are a whole lot of people of interest.

 

Oh yea I forgot that the defense budget is not open for discussion due to the national emergency of being at war, you just have to pick which war applies drugs or terror.

It is totally okay to complain about how the corporations are reaping profit, but let’s bail out the banks who support them with the financing. Twenty years and not a single one has gone to jail, boy I kind of wish they were a minority don’t you so that drug war could send them to jail for possession of our hard earned income.

 

But lets keep picking on Health Care and the National drive to supply Insurance, humm is that owned by the government or large corporations who now by law get to charge you a premium while charging the Doctors, Dentist and all those other health care providers MALPRACTIS INSURANCE.  Those guys get paid twice while you only get to complain. How many states have put into place a way for the needy to get health care, oh no not Medicaid that is helping the poor and elderly no they do not get a single new benefit, actually a few thousand dollars in reduced services. ( thank you Paul Ryan (r) and Mike Simpson (r). )

 

SO here is the line up for you again, War if they can not find a way to kill you they will track you, corporations that benefit from tax breaks are on the raise, defense of a nation of fools and poverty, hunger, resources, and Children get less.

 

A Chief Justice just this last weekend said “ if taxes are an issue revolt.” A solution to the corruptions we see everyday. The NRA wants you to remember courtesy of Glen Beck that you too can buy a weapon of war to protect yourselves from the Hoodlums and Hobgoblins who the NSA, DHS, and your local law enforcement missed. Smith and Wesson. and Cult want to thank you for purchasing your own gun from the same suppler as the NSA, DHS and your local law enforcement use. Remember they just want to practice on you now that you too are armed they need that practice, to keep our new national product in use WAR.

 

No Child Should Die by a Weapon of War, the only election issue not talked about.

 

It is a recourse that is written into our constitution that states if the voice of the people is not herd we should as a responsibility call for the removal of those who by alliance have hindered the America way of life. Does it really take math to show you how clear those alliances are, to show you how clear the corruptions within our government is. That document shows a way for you to remove without rebellion those who are in fact violating the very terms of that constitution.

 

Again I ask that we recall every one of those representatives that have an agenda of something that the constitution is very clear about, war is not a way of America, and in fact is the last thing America should be involved in by law.

 

Which is why it takes an act of Congress to pass an Act of War and not a presidential mandate.

 

Which our representatives have not only done, but continue to do with or without your voice. Creating the largest ever transfer of wealth from individual businesses to larger scale corporations of war manufacturer executives who can purchase their way out of every attempt to send them to jail.

 

If you can not see treason for what is, maybe you will see corruption for what it really does.

 

Kids in sex slavery, the needy in hunger, and a new special police force with unlimited power to investigate and accuse just like the Nazi SS. Children in harms way of weapons of war at each turn here at home and abroad under this new War banner Drugs and Terrorist.

 

Who is really the cause of the terror which you feel today.  I can not express to you what you should do but I ask that you openly talk about these things at every turn at the coffee shops, the grocery stores, your work, and most important at home with your neighbors and spouses so that you can come to your own conclusion of what is right and what is really wrong here in America..

A follow up on those 501 c 3's

An introduction follows the 77 families and me,

 

Entitlements, verse the realities of the needy….

 

I would like to discuss a friend of mine, for his protections I shall call him Sir Robert of Boisenshire, a younger man than I, a man of short yet wide stature, clean cut in display, kind if you really understand the word. His life has been an abuse after abuse under the guise of helping. He suffers from a issue, today would be called Adhd, an inability to set for a length of time, causing issue like lack of education, lack of self worth, and the view that today he needs medications to point were even the simplest of things like budgeting a months worth of food or money to provide for himself, as a solution to his shaking legs and his wondering mind as he looks out a window at a bird whose movement caught his eye, needs to be controlled and stopped by huge amounts of drugs given by a doctors to stop those behaviors.

 

Eight months and daily standing in the smoking section as he for the first time in his 38 years he attempts to care for himself, lives in a  housing development where a non- profit helps those who are in need.

 

A bit of background on this non profit, they employ another non-profit to manage the housing development. The managing non profit, has yet to pass the inspections by the state on even the simplest of maintenance issues, like the safety of the play ground, the grounds up keep, the cleaning or the common areas. They have this practice of employing friends of the non-profit and housing them within the community, if not direct families of the managing non-profit, while paying them top dollar to provide maintenance of the community.

 

Back to that smoking section and the mess of all those cigarette buts that seems never to get placed in the trash can, a rake and an intro to do something for another, a simple thing of picking up after another. This is where Sir Robert and I first met, me a smoker raking up after a few others, you see Sir Robert wants to help; he wants to feel needed by someone for something, a value of self worth. In our interactions he one day asked if he could do what I was doing, simply cleaning up, after a great laugh with each other, the rake became his, in his efforts of what now is a daily volunteer-ment of his time and efforts, that smoking section as grown to a walk around the complete complex, and simply picking up trash left by others.

 

Nepotism, defined as favoritism granted in politics or business to relatives. The maintenance of the grounds and payment of that work, job functions plus an exchange on top of wages for a larger three or four bedroom apartment, given to a mangers spouse. A simple confrontation by Sir Robert to this maintenance employee, about actually doing the job of cleaning and picking up after others, as small as the issue seems to be, keeping the grounds presentable to the outside world. Has lead Sir Robert into a firestorm of actuations and dismissals.

 

Obviously if the spouse of a manger will not pickup the grounds there are other issues he would never do, one on top of the other and the clear understanding he was not fit to actually do the job of maintenance. The choice to keep him employed was limited, then it was no longer an option.

 

Back to that simple confrontation, the results of that confrontation and Sir Robert. This managing spouse has taken the time and efforts to regain their precious selfish view of better than the community by dry actuations against Sir Robert, stating and calling their friends to investigate Sir Robert for illegal drugs, specifically marihuana. Stating that they are so sure that Sir Robert has to be on illegal drugs to have the courage not only to help pick up after others, but to do the job of the spouses functions without a single dime of payment.

 

Corruptions and Nepotism, and fear that this man who just wanted to help, to do something for others, has cost him not only the self worth of achievements, like weight loss, but the development of friends within the community.

 

Lets go back to those little extra gifts of not only the wages but the apartments, their apartment is different than Sir Roberts, they have special locks, peeks holes, counters, fixtures, within the community, they live better than Sir Robert.

 

If you were to ever meet Sir Robert and spend anytime with him you would clearly see that there is no illegal drug issue, yet because of a simple confrontation he will be labeled as such by the managing non-profit.

 

This is the realities of your tax dollars, which are to be given to the needy to assist them in becoming a functioning member of our communities, given first to one, then to another to manage, under Nepotism.

 

As for me all I did is give the man a rake, and permission to help another, which he did at the cost of his own self worth and peace of mind, for now he will be under constant view for illegal drugs, constant inspections of his apartment as they look for the proof of something that just is not there.

 

All of this is done under the view that it is a entitlement for someone like Sir Robert to ask for help, where he found a way to help others.

 

Nepotism is clearly seen on those locks and with those peek holes before you even knock upon the door.

It all comes down to choices….

 

To what end have we seen our choices, changed, limited or flat out just taken away. I love to read a good mystery, how it takes you down a path to a discovery.

 

Truly things in life seem to always come up, where someone will jump up and say, “Hey this stinks of something”, I am just not sure how it all plays out. You know back in the 70’s there was a group of individuals who really wanted to make a change, they were sick of how things just seem to stack up for someone else’s benefit, they stepped back and well pointed out all sorts of stuff, which governments, and societies, communities, all the way down to you each individual, kind of looked at and went wow; yeah that is just not right, and things kind of changed just a bit because you changed just a little bit.

 

I think we were all just kids; younger more filled with zest for life, wanting to be, well, us.

 

This was a reflection of our learning years, and the information we got from radio, TV, news organizations about what was happening, those years were filled with exciting news and events, JFK, and the reach for the moon, the cold war and hiding under our desks, long hair, and music that, well came from everywhere. A man stood up and said discrimination is everywhere, we all agreed and we all changed just a bit. We started to really do things, heck we even took a gas filled dart and stuck men on the moon hitting the bull’s-eye.

 

Hey guys, discrimination is everywhere; Reality comes in and kicks some emotional butt.

 

Choice, is it not a principal of discrimination, a view of being better than another individual at the expense of the other person, is that not the foundation of the belittlement projected at others knowingly and without conscious value of what the infliction does to that other person in the form of injury?

 

A group of people who project belittlement upon another; an elite status based on the thinking of physical, mental, emotional view of others to be less than the group, a status of and for their own selfish gains.

 

Good morning world, corporations and the misconceptions of congregation, a shrewd business of profiting off of others while soliciting your belief, that through stocks and involvement you too can reach that status.

 

Insurance companies, it is not the fact that it is a smart idea to have insurance on my car, to assist should anything go wrong to help me pay for something wrong I might do, or that will allow me to continue to have the ability to travel again should you make the mistake. It is the fact that this is mandated by law, that I pay for this coverage, or I am not able to use the roads, I am fined should I not, my privileges are removed. I have to give my money to someone else to hold, awaiting that moment of need. I am forced with no options other than support these corporations by law.

 

 

Health insurance, Malpractice insurance, It is not that I do not believe that having the ability to pay for a visit to my doctor or dentist, to get the treatment I need from that doctor or dentist, it is that that doctor and dentist has to have malpractice insurance, they have to by law have coverage to protect you should something the doctor or dentist does, or the equipment, or other service providers might do that may cause a wrong or injury. The Doctor and Dentist has to give their money to another to hold to await such a need. And all the while, I have to give my money to that same group to hold while I await the need to go to the doctor or dentist, to pay for the services of the doctor dentist and the supporting services, mandated by law.

 

I have no choice but to give that money to another person, the same person that collects from the doctor dentist and supporting services, and my auto policy.

 

It is not the fact that I believe that we all should be protected from the harm of others; I just want to know who I am to be secured from.

 

Data mining your information, the use of special contractors and agreements with utilities companies (a company that provides telecommunications broadly defined, to include text messages email, letters, and other communications) to find before a wrong the individual who may hate me, who may harm me and others, which by law I have to pay for through giving the government my money. While these same companies charge me for my communications.

 

It is not an issue to purchase a plane to fly over and see, what another group of individuals are doing, to protect from violence a group of people, it is that the same group of manufactures build and sell the bombs needed to protect us from others while charging us for another new one which they will again sell to another. All while selling the plane that flies over and watches those bombs being used. By law there is no choice on how or who gets to pick who is being watched, why we need to watch them, or on how much that watching is going to cost.

 

It is not a bad belief that drugs are wrong and cause serious harm to our communities, it is the fact that the amount of money used to chase them, to stop them, is used only for weapons purchased from the same manufactures, that sell the guns the addicts use, each addict and each law enforcement officer needs to buy the bullets from the same manufacturer, who receives our tax money for the armaments of our Armies.  

 

The political Action groups, a congregation of individuals under the pretence of supporting an action that are allowed to purchase power by donation, (you believing you too can reach the status if you give some of your money) to solicit your government officials to allow this group status over another group of individuals forcing laws to accomplish this end. You have no selection as to whom or how that projected belittlement will cause injury to another.

 

It is not that it is not a good belief to have a church help the needy, it is the fact the church organization gets payment to distribute the food stamps while collecting form you through donation, (you believing you too can be part of the status of giving) while taking a percentage from the money of the food stamp program from the very needy by law.

 

Discrimination changes under that pretence does it…By financial class.

 

While all this motivated wealth distribution (while you too believe you can reach that status of the elite) was going on we are talking about the discrimination of women, gays, immigrants.

 

No wonder no one understands the word tyranny, we clearly do not understand the concept of liberty. The Education system: it is not the fact that we need better schools to teach our young how to read write and function, it is the fact that we have to pay for all these administrators of laws of how we educate our children, while taking the payment from the education of those children.

 

I just wish I had paid more attention to spelling and definitions of words in high school.

 

Liberty is the freedom to behave how you want, the freedom to think, believe, or behave the way you want and not controlled by a government or by other people.

 

Congregation: a group of people who regularly worship a belief.

 

Corporation: a business, firm, establishment, organization, a conglomerate, a group of people who control the finial direction of manufacturing and or services for a gain.

 

Gain: to get benefit/advantage.

 

Profit: to benefit for an action or item, by the purchase of the item, like your vote.

 

Discrimination: the unfair treatment of someone because of their religion, race, personal features, sex, age, or finical class.

 

What? Do you want to use that word entitlement one more time? Only the people who believe they are genuinely better will use the word entitlement, belittling the needy.

 

It is not a bad idea to have moral character to state a clear definition of who we are, it is the fact that the use of moral character is used to secure your ideals of freedom, of who we are and how we live as a society, it is the fact that this use of your beliefs in gaining that status of the elite has destroyed the very foundation of this nation. It is the fact that they are twisting your beliefs and moral values (under the guise of achieving the betterment to humanity) while you knowingly allow all of the atrocities they commit against the very core of an individual’s liberty of choice and of life. It is the fact that you are allowing this blindness to the founding principles of this nation of immigrants; you allow them to take this greed above all and contribute to the sheer magnitude of production and use of the weapons of war, the combined history of our entire civilization has never seen. We out-distance all other forms of life in terms of the destruction of our own species, and all in the name of “moral character.”

 

A political party: a group of individuals of moral character from which you pick the “best candidate” to become the voice of this nation and in fact our civilization.

 

This candidate will be charged with the appointment of the justices of our laws, and who in turn will be charged with our prosecutions of the violations of those laws, providing protection under our laws to the standards of those laws.

 

This candidate will be charged to produce the law which is to represent the people of the communities whom have appointed them.

 

Entitlement:  to give somebody the right to have or to do something. To call the poor “entitled” is to belittle them for no reason other than the nature of their circumstance. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness- these rights are self evident. The founding fathers didn’t even NEED to place this in the Constitution because they said themselves that it should be obvious that these rights exist- and when you claim that the poor are “entitled” for desiring these things, you spit on the very founding concepts of this nation.

 

No child of a species so great as to reach another astronomical body should die by a weapon of war fired by a member of its own species. No member of this species should inflict the highest injury- that of death- by an item which by its very design takes the life of another. NO child should die by a weapon of war.

 

We do not have the right to take that child’s life, for that child has a right to reach for and achieve through discovery something to better all human life, and to be a child as they are or wish to be, no matter where they are from. That child has a right to stand for their beliefs. Every human life has inherent value.

 

The contempt for human life, by the destruction of even one human being is an immoral act, which humanity should condemn in every culture on this planet and should be held to the highest punishment in every culture everywhere, in every city, every town every nation.

If our technology can reach the far reaches of space, and with the speed of communications today, we should be able to understand the value of human life, the value of a congregation, a group of individuals who are representative of that life.

 

Discrimination, based in any part on the belief that they are better by status, or by religion, by race, and so on; an “elite” group inflecting injury upon another is worsened only by the individual who believes this is a right.

 

This is a political party from which you will choose a member to lead this nation, this community, a reflection of humanity. A member of a group who chooses to take it upon themselves to accept the responsibilities of such great standards as the moral direction of our laws- this is who you will elect this leadership from.

 

Democratic Republic: a country which is both a democracy and a republic- that is to say, a country in which both of the following requirements are met: The power of government is derived from the people en masse and as a total and the government itself is run by officials elected by the people en masse.

 

So how can you say this is America when the power to pass laws lies in the hands of lobbyists paid for by the rich and the corporations? How can you say this country is free when the officials elected are done so by way of donations from corporate sponsors!? How can you spout this babbling bunch of bullshit, recited from memory and repeated like a mantra when someone points out that things are not the way they are supposed to be?

 

Someone should have tried to explain how these weapon manufacturers became so powerful as to insist that we spend trillions of dollars on their products, protecting us from the use of what they made. Some of the largest of all corporations are the manufacturers of these very weapons, backed by groups of action committees, super packs, and media friends (who one will for ever wonder how they sleep at night) with the constant feeding of information to the public of the need for more war materials, by way of propaganda and terrorism.

 

There is no excuse for a weapon manufacturer to not know where and by whom their weapons are purchased. That list is the only list of terrorist we should fear.

Glen Beck who the......

To find our way, we need to confront these lies and miss placed morals, how can it be a moral of anyone to say to another, that who I am is better than another based upon what you have or have not?

 

When you take the adults out of it to look at each of these projected lies of control, so clearly does the greed become displayed, for What child is of less value or of more value than another?

 

Does it matter really where or how that child lives, I think not, when we place the adults back in to the same image then the same must also be true. What adults need is more or less than yours?

 

A land of promise was once defined, by the use of our minds did we come to where that land was to be free and equal, not based on where you were from, nor how much you have, but on the value of who you are.

 

I herd of this radio program this liberal of the right by a man named Glen Beck the new color of these misplaced values of political colors, so I turned the channel to hear what he said, I herd him say over and over again how this country was built of the belief of, GOD, and how God was in the very foundation of everything in this country, how it was all written by the rigorous right how this new moral campaign to push the view of entitlements, this view or moral above what he knows is right.

 

Where Glen Where in those founding documents is the word God, you are forgetting the values and the work of people like Thomas Paine, Benjamin Franklyn, Samuel Adams and the others to task the very word, showing how that one word was used so many times in history to place one above the other something this nation would not allow. Although not perfectly enacted, but clearly defined a nation, Oh Mr. Beck it wasn’t until Eisenhower did that word get show much play as to be a banner of our pledge. Your schooling and thought is misplaced by the greed you so fervently project.  The history you follow is no older than that of the civil war, where bother and brother fought each other, and how that put a rend in the fabric of this nation over the very discrimination of one above the other.  You are just another color of Rush and his blend of shame.

 

This new agenda is like a new color of the tea-party, oh we so messed up we need to distance ourselves from the lies we know are wrong, so quickly now change you jacket for we do not want the same end. A turncoat is so defined.

 

You see at every turn in this political year does the lies and the greed try to find a new home for you to think what our leaders are doing is just a right.

 

A tempest person is the roar or wrongs seeking a place to find a right, a poor man will hold what he earns at the highest of value, a needy will share and show the care it takes to find a way of solution, the reasons of the rhyme.

 

All of these are wrongs laid out in time repeated and repeated until repealed by men of honor. Discrimination is still discrimination.

If history was writen by honest men

Ah if history was actually written by honest men…

 

One would have found that many, many women were used in war, playing on the very empathy of men.

 

Old wars would have shown that to take a land from another was but only part of the war, but to hold that land required something that men required, the comforts of women, in fact, it the new land became like home with those comforts presented, which shows clearly that it may take one person to scare a man into his house, alas a hundred is the need to take him out of that house.

 

The empathy of men is played through out history, cold is the heart when unjust, a rage ensues when fear of loss of home is brought to bear.

 

I have found no perfect written history of man, for it is without the history of woman. No one side of us is of greater violence nor tolerance without the other side of the coin of who we are. If history was really written well, one would find more of the discoveries of today’s theories of how we work are very old, yet still some what blind to humanness.

 

Humanity is reflected perfectly in a coin, no matter where the coin is from. To one side of the coin is the ego of a man minted in display a reflection of male, hammered to perfection by a smith to represent to others the value of such, a display of the ego of male. The other side of the same coin, the reflection of home, house, land or building a place to contain the values of the woman, a place where she may reside hammered to perfection by the smith to show the value of what we desire a place of comfort, of moral, of law the justice of a woman’s moral. The thin reality of the coin, without one side or the other you have no thickness of the coin, smoothed by none but the value of each. Thus is the display of humanity met, by the weight of each joined.

 

This could be the real reason Justice is a woman with eyes and ears covered, holding the scales of the emotion of decisions, blind to the deeds, deaf to the cries, it is hers to show what the value of what is right.

 

To stop wars humanity needs to understand that each without the other is but a wrong awaiting an action or inaction, in today’s realities of humanity this is not reflected by our leadership, and show’s how easy it is to manipulate all of humanity simply by placement of women behind the men.

 

This is in my opinion the first foundation of wrongs that our beliefs in leadership we have, is misplaced.  For one side of humanity is not less but equal and is needed to form a leadership of stewardship of our future, a thickness, a weight of humanity.

Political action groups?

Political action groups or political action 501’s really, when is it not a campaign issue to give to some candidate money, knowing your group is looking for the party or individual to deliver something you want over the values of another…Sounds to me just like the candidate themselves raising money to achieve something that is not in the constitutes best interest.

 

When I am told it is for the common good I run like hell.

 

What would be a political action group for Benjamin Franklyn, well knowing what we know about him it would be a house of prostitution, trying to advance the ideals of purchasing sex for money without taxations.  The line of the lobbyist would be, sex while great between man and wife, should not be considered, when trying to tax a house of prostitution, that the interest of everyone is better served when the house of prostitution is exempt from taxation, due to the need to not publicly display the income earned by the prostitutes, nor the men of outstanding character who would be the ones that would have to explain the taxation to their wives.

 

Or would it be like today where a political action group does not want to produce the names and values given to the whores of the congress or senate.

My Dearest Julia, Determination is so fickle, many days in a row I wish to just stay away and do something else, Alas I am unable to do that.

 

World Hunger and War are so closely related, yet from everything I can find, if we get rid of the war the starvations will also be tackled it will have no choice but to be addressed.

 

This is what I meant when I said I had to stop and really think not about the cause of the issues, but the diversions from the issue, that is where I found so many of the reason of each are married to each other blindly and with so much contempt.

 

Way back to what seems almost a life time of posts ago, I posted a reality of the avoidances and how they were going to be played out, at the time the issue with Russia was just not there, that report about the natural gas had yet to be released, every other point has followed this line of disgust. They have use each one like a reason to avoid talking about it. Women’s rights, Abortions, the Poor, Food Stamps, all in perfect order before the budget talks start, they have used in the media with total intent to avoid this one topic.

 

Yesterday after posting, I received a reply from the President to one of the many letters I have written and really have sent off, what I got in return read like a script of perfect “Yeap we will not go there, but yes there is an issue with our intelligence gathering.” A cowards  stance to my confrontations, my reply was straight and honest with a hard but true challenge. I told him avoidance is not a quality of a leader, that he was not up for reelection, and should give us all a good reason to follow him, or ever that office. I challenged him to open debate. I know he will never accept such a thing at least from a guy like me.

 

Lets go back to your wish of a world without starvations, if America spends more than the combined amount of not only our allies, but even our long time adversaries all combined on weapons, we spend so much that we could run every third world country as it is presently defined and still keep every service to our own government functions.

 

What is more we could take the whole North African Sarah desert and place solar power collectors run extension cords to all of Europe, all of India and all of Russia and match the needs of those peoples electrical needs for an estimated next 150 years of projected growth. What is more is this would actually allow farming under those same panels to produce food supplies for all of African for the same 150 years of growth.

 

We know this we have this technologies today.

 

So again the reasons of war comes to play, the very reason no one discusses this is the same reasons of greed as the top producers of war materials are still using.

 

Is it perfect, no but humanity needs these things today. World wide we need to look and see that. We know that warring is not a Stewards way, that without that one issue of war we could actually end so many issues, and reach far beyond what we reach for today in every area of human efforts.

 

Remember every major city has the diversity, which they use to call up to war on. Even the lies that human nature is violent is not a truth, in fact is so far from truth they have to scare everyone into believing these things.

 

Think again about the math of it if you will, 11.1 trillion dollars for one year, only 10 trillion is used for war materials, even if a happy meal costs 10 dollars, we could supply every soul on Earth 100 hundred meals almost a third of a year of food, which is about the amount that the most needy of us eat by weight once a day if we are lucky enough to have that much to eat. That is just America’s war budget, without taking a dime from any other service our government provides. There is only 7.3 billion souls on earth, so some would actually get two if they so need.

 

Remember they will not discuss this, they will say anything to avoid that topic.

 

One person can say something about this, it will cause a bit of discomfort but no actions will be needed, that person is a dissent, a paranoid, a writer of a manifesto. However when a thousand say it is a group of dissents, when a million say it, suddenly it comes a voice of the people. Martin Luther King Jr, proved that.

 

Yesterday I read where a chief justice of the supreme court said if taxes are too much revolt, this is an admission from the highest court of our laws, that our laws are wrong and so messed up, that options are running out to change this here in America, no other excuse for his words can be seen.

 

My biggest fear is this will continue until actual revolt happens everywhere, revolt is war within and against ourselves.

 

I have no choice nor do I think anyone really has a choice in this, we need to stop this, the determination is reflected with every smile of a small child I see, every tear we hold so dear. America should lead this change, not lead the world in war supplies.

Emotions about greed of non-profits from me?

Really from me emotion about greed, I would never it would be seen and talked about...

Come on now people please, 501 C 3, the whole corporate views....Issue is written clearly in every side of that coin.

Now think, if you can only contribute so much yet that the campaigner has to report this, why then does that not apply to corporations? Or If I own a business and work diligently to make profit, why is my business less than those of a corporation? Why does not the corporation pay the same taxes for the same gains. If I should make an error I am liable for the wrong, why not corporations?

All the questions were answered by the first.

Look reality please, If I were a executive of a corporation, and I solicit millions in an effort to provide a service, why is that profit from solicitations viewed any different than the profit of a company that makes a widget, or a single person like me an artist.

Look I have no issue with the idea of help others at all, I have issue with the deceptions, I worked hard for a non profit raising money a great deal of money at the time, that company never paid a tax dime, however I sure did as the person raising the money. That money was divided by that corporation into categories, literally what is the Boards and what goes to the clients. 19 percent, yeap that is what the board kept, they did not do the work nor pay the tax.

The power Ball what a wonderful idea and concept, think do you really think that it takes 19 percent of that to go pay those non-profits, hum common now really think about that, how many times this year a lone has it amounts become mind boggling? sure it enriches a few people but the goal; is to pay for non profits, now lets look at that, that money has already been taken from by the doers of the events @19 percent, then that money is divided up to the other non- profits, whom take another 19 percent of what they just got, so quick math here high school type math, 19 plus 19 is 38 percent, but lets add in each state as they too want a small chunk of change, we should give them maybe ten percent to bring it up to 48 percent of the total given to the non-profits, now lets look at the winners, taxes on the proceeds are personal, not viewed as a gift from a non profit nor even a gamble of a gambler, but personal income... who gets what out of that....

Reluctant in love...I?

Reluctant lol, I once in 1984 died I have a toe tag from that, in 2005, I was told to expect less than 90 days of life, I have bullet holes and pieces missing, reluctant me no I out right fought against life and love.

I have often wondered the reason of why, to which I have never found an excuse, one day will I have a good long talk with St. Peter at those gates which I do not think will bode well for me……LOL Poor Peter….Me & Michael might tangle that day, but he would have to explain the why as well…..

The love in life is never what I once thought it was, nor could I ever reflect what I found. Long is a path of life, short is the distance between love and life.

My children are named after Gods and Flowers of which I have only seen in their eyes. Orion the hunter of good fortune, Hana the blossom of every flower, Xanto the golden god of gifts of old. How shall I a mere mortal live a life to those who shall follow the likes of I.

Belief in love has no boundaries, it has more strength than I.

501 c 3's really

Another point of mine gets a bit of attention….

 

@Chas, you provide an interesting insight that sparked the following question for the group "can greed exists within a 501(c)(3) [nonprofit] organization?"

 

Can it? It does all the way a crossed the board, the very structure allows this, administrations get up to 19 percent of all income, some take that fully, others no so fully but that is the structure. In my opinion is the whole "501" area of organizations has more or is more about that little chuck of funds than about the intention of the organization.

 

LOL With the Presidential mandate that even food stamps be doled out by "Supporting religious ( call it spiritual organizations if you must) organizations" Those 501 C3's get 19 percent to do that very thing, now that is 19 percent of something they did not go out and get but was given to them to assist the most needy by the government, that is right 19 percent of what the congress right now is saying is to expensive goes to 501 C3 administrations, that amount is more than when the government itself did the actual work, what is more how perfect does that buy those helpful individuals support to other political agendas. Another thing that is horrifying is they with that mandate actually have those 501 C3 working for the state, a clear violation of church and state no matter how you slice it.

 

Think for a moment about Goodwill Idaho, a non profit 501 c3, that has been given the responsibilities to dole out food stamps, a non denominational Christian organization, handing out food stamps to the refugees from Bosnia, where Christians raped and killed any Muslim they could find and when I say that, it is being very kind to those Christians behaviors. On top of that offense, they get to collect 19 percent of the food stamp money to administer those food stamps, How much do you think the board of directors is now going to increase the pay to those administrators? That is our tax dollars being miss used.

 

I can point out another like the drug treatment centers, the detox centers just as easily.

 

Not all, but the very structure of the whole non profit 501 c categories, are really about that profit. From Super Pac’s to good old churches they have a louder voice than any individual under the present system. The greed of that is appalling under the guise of helping. Every code and law about corporations needs to be readdressed, if not completely done away with.

 

Food for thought, tithing only asks for ten percent, but look what that ten percent has done over the years to the Catholic Church, the Pope sets on a golden throne, while millions of Catholics are starving world wide.  It is an old corruption it still does not make it right. Asking them to melt that throne down and supply soup kitchens is never going to happen, Our congressmen and Presidents (  the Bushes and Obama ) have found a way to make that happen for every non profit, and prior to that, our senators and congressmen have made that happen for every corporation out there, with no liabilities nor accountabilities, all the way down to the small LLC’s.

Another letter to guess who

Dear Mr. President,

 

It is with great concern to the individual right to privacy which has inspired this letter, I would like to know the reasoning behind the continuance of the data collection on US Citizens, The Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board has recommended that these stop due to the laws providing the individual privacy have come to question.

 

I can understand your reluctance in using information or recommendations of this board and its members; from the very start this board and the members of this board have ties to larger corporations and their sphere of influence from the very start with the first appointment of Chairwoman Carol E. Dinkins a member of the Vinson & Elkins law firm, whom was the attorneys representing Enron, and with clear ties to corporations like, AT&T inc., Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers Inc, Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and MySpace just to name a few. The policies and direction this board has been advised to cover the data intrusions from the very start.

 

Not withstanding that even with clear understanding that the data collections being done are a violation and concern to the civil liberties of the people you sir were elected to lead and protect.

 

That this board has recommended this data collection be stopped. It also recommended against that your proposal and order to have Attorney General Eric Holder to formulate within 60 days, which you sir would force third parties including telephone companies to conduct data retention programs, this sir shows your clear alliance to continue these questionable intrusions.

 

I would ask that you now disclose to the public the agreements you and the various intelligent agencies have with these companies of clear personal use, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the hundreds of ISP’s and phone companies, whom clearly rely on advertisements to members to survive, I would like full discloser including monetary values given to these companies released.

 

Sir it is a fact that has been discussed and ratified by the courts that email is considered private, text messages are a form of communication viewed as personal both are given credence to the courts as evidence, As such are covered under the privacy of the individual.

 

Your inactions upon this request will be given as a issue to the American Civil Liberties Union for the possible unjust, collection and entry into personal living environments of the homes of the very people who asked of you to lead this nation.

Ever notice, that conservatives are stuck on Gun control or how to get more guns, carry them, in public, woman should be a stay home issue of life, extra, and most liberals are stuck on the economy, Gay marriage, Oh the poor and how big Wal-Mart is getting, extra.

 

This is the first election year I have ever seen where defense spending is not being discussed, why do they both avoid this topic, simple everyone of them have a pet project attached to one defense expense or another.

 

Out of the 11.1 trillion dollar budgets proposed on either side of the political lines, the topics they will discuss come from the 1.1 trillion dollars spent on everything but defense, so why is defense so big and so costly, no one will answer those questions.

 

Want to know how the Super Pac’s stack up on this issue, or how political non profits have helped them stay away from the topics, or how the media avoids the same topics, of why the term 501  c3 and c4’s are not really non profit a crossed the board.

 

Want to know why they will talk about women’s rights, abortion and GUNS, well that is easy enough, the reason becomes clearer when you take away all the hype, Women’s rights, abortion, and GUNS, show how easy it is to keep the truth from you.

 

Our National Product is not Wheat, Technology, Cars, or even any of our national resources, like oil, steal, or copper. It is Military hard ware.

Head held high

There is a big dresser in my room………or how my big break really went….

 

 

A friend of mine, a model at the time received a wonderful offer to go shoot in NYC, the manager of a talent company paying the bill…reputation, images, years of experience all checked out perfectly….

 

Off on the trip of a life did a friend of mine make, tickets all express service, it was there in some strange room that there was a really big dresser..

 

The intro’s all done and a dinner on the town, elegance was the call of the day, evening gowns and heels please, smile at the chance, be seen, all with near perfect pose please.

 

Laugh now what dinner doesn’t contain fine wine, a glass maybe two, proven my his receipt, the night is done, or so the thought, a room with a really big dresser.

 

The checkin calls last made about the time for bed, only to be awoken at three, with the need to call even more, oh police, oh police, a friend to the rescue, it would seem a game had been played, a move had been made, even a fondle was attempted, admittedly so, however due to the wine, and the clear receipt, off he went to his next folly.

 

 You see my friend had spent the night in a strange room with a really bid dresser against the door, there leaning for literally three hours awaiting to hear hope of the right knock upon that door.

 

Another knock came when she returned even her friends said must, due to the wine and the excuse. Believe what you will, but how I feel “No wine buys the lady for a night!”, that just, well that is just not right”.

 

Date rape, employee mistreatment, family resentments, friends who will color their life by hers, she is a hero, to stand and say I at least tried to have a dream of being beautiful, sexy, courageous enough to put effort to it, this goes beyond what others would attempt, she kept her head held high.

Sometimes I get asked about why I feel the way I feel about how important women really are, how they are treated, how I should think or even feel about, my reply to a question from I once met a model....

Michael, I could really go off on an all out tangent, I guess I see many younger women than most; here in the town I live it’s horrific, nationally near as bad. The view of being a woman is it ba...ckwards everywhere?

There is nothing political about it, I can lay story after story on you of courage, leadership, desire, achievement against the odds, heroes to a one. Their stories inspire my poems, my brood over fears for my own young daughter, the things I have seen and herd done the challenges they actually face, personal up-close in your face dissembling of their very being. Sure I seen some changes over my career, all of them worsened from family to friends.

Their stories can silence a crowd, I lay no doubt, their courage and their shame twisted from what I have done, I know I can only try to express a best attempt at matching such desire, such courage to be seen for who they really are, how beautiful how courageous how much a woman they really are. One horrific “Shame Based” story after story for what, being a woman beautiful and honorable beyond belief….

Oops sorry I too can express that topic well, watched for too many years not to have solid values about that, I get so worked up my older boys want me to go to a feminist rally, ones girl keeps pushing, I think I would end up in jail I hear that kind of discrimination and how it is delivered with shame I loose it every time, that piece of mind of mine carries the weight of some real history, watching friends. My Heart aches every time I see that contempt.

With but a twist of my wrest the flash of a pen upon paper, and the sound of a click, for their stories are done, I could do a top ten list, with image in question, what was done to a one. I hope that’s okay cause I kind of did the basics of just one.

A Woman a solution for our issues.

A solution for America,

 

In brief, I believe that there are solutions to the ones that face our society. I also believe that the American People are the same solution the founding fathers found them to be, a guidance to the American “Dream:” temperate in nature, strong beyond belief, but a nation of people willing to achieve a goal of unity, a unity in the belief that each and every person is part of that Dream. We are responsible to that call; the idea that the very core of humanity is equality to each and every individual, free from discriminations and prosecutions, for this is the Nation United in that one cause.

 

The very burden of that Dream is the nature in which we as a People should remain forever steadfast on how we define that “Dream” as that Symbol of Peace and Liberty a desirable goal of all humanity, a Dream of Equality and Peace. 

 

For long enough this has been the very core voice- a voice to which humanity awaits the sound of Equality- missing from the actions and laws. The results of countless hidden agendas of greedy shameless controllers have all but stomped out the voice of more than half the population with full intention of control, knowing entirely that horrors and slavery will be the only possible result.

 

How can the voice of nurturing, the voice of care, the voice of early child development, and the voice of compassions so deeply ingrained as to be treasured without shame be missing? Where are the voices of the young, especially the young mother? At which halls are the wisdom of this nurturing voice equal? At what schools are they taught? Is it always to be “Quiet your mother, your grandmother as well, for we teach naught but the drive to compete for social status to your daughter?”

 

The reason your voice is needed is the blind contempt of the alliances formed from  business to court and Congress to hold you silent, such that the clear simplicity of the voice shall never be asked, but to be held hushed and blinded to the very concepts of every human endeavor. Your voice is needed most, for they tell you to be silent; they teach your daughters complacency, and your mothers and grandmothers knew naught else.

 

The greed of the male-dominated cry for war has yet to hear and truly contend with the weeping of this nation’s mothers. It is a wail of shame and horror untamed and let loose by the very core of true family values. The voice of the young mother, the guiding nurturing of the aged mother, and the hopes of the young for care are without doubt the strongest voice that must be heard in the halls of our legislators and courts.

 

No matter how we say it now, these wars of terror and drugs must end before these tools of destruction- the weapons of war- are turned on the homes you live in, in the very cities we hail from, and the very nation we have become.

 

This Defense Budget is so great that it covers and competes with not only the amount other nations are spending on their defense, but on the entire budget of the top members of NATO combined and almost as much as they spend in the entire governments they represent. All this money for weapons of war alone.

 

We must return this one budget section to one half of its original size; a reasonable amount when our country is in such dire need of the voice of caring, in our schools, our roads, and our communities themselves.

 

I ask that your voice be hushed no longer. I beseech you to speak on your own terms, on behalf of your own family and mine.

A model I once met

I once met a model, who became a friend of mine, you know the kind of friend the one that shows up with coffee at 10:00 in the morning, to the point when five minutes late, makes a start of worry. The kind friend that knows you, and you them, the kind of friend you honor with time, and they you for a value of who you are.

 

She had this thing as most kids do that of falling in love with a bad guy type, then wonder why with me that she did not feel important, of coarse this lead to the deletions of few fellows, to which added another thrill. Until the pick became the one for a sure.

 

I herd nothingness that plus happiness and bliss, Then came a morning when things got messed up, not sure if it was I or her, somehow coffee came at 7:00 am, to my shock was the bruises of coarse, which were played off as out of hand sex. Well we all know the story from there….some…of it.

 

Well time does play on ones friends what was once daily, became weekly, became sometimes, most times with questions about romance about love.  Once I was even asked how important was the gym to a man in love, ah that is it, you see that is what friends are for, to see and be with when you can, to talk about things you never had, to dream about the things you could change.

 

5:00 am one day I got that call, I was needed to go to a scene of the crime, there she was covered in a police mans Jacket cuffs upon her hands, she had kicked out the last fling and in his drunken disorder, he and a pal decided that it was her place they were going to play, without a knock did they enter and flipped on the light, right then did the surprise of a 120 lbs Angel of vengeance, with but undies on, boxed their buts all the way out to the side walk, then again and again until the cops came.

 

The mug shots of the intruders were priceless to her, even knowing she was no saint, her past presented to her the many, many calls, the place she once lived had had enough, to the street with three days notice, while she waited for a trail, her parents in the solemn wisdom proceeded in behalf of her kids, claiming issue with the two fathers as well as her, while she waited a trail..

 

Months later a coffee did come with a notice of the last one, at least for a while it would seem, that trail never did come, they decided the shame she delivered was enough and well probation and classes was just enough. She was off to travel to find a something new, homeless, kidless, but with pride in her eyes, a look different about her, a knowledge seen in her stature, a good friend should you meet her, an Angle of hell should you try and beat her.

 

I did wish her well, and I wait either call or coffee, I wait my friend.

 

Some times the price of being a hero isn’t noticed.
