Number 1 way they gain money, I want proof. I have herd this stated before yet no one wants to say here is the proof, here is the list of banks that help by holding money, here is the list of suppliers who sell weapons and food, here is the governments that support them.

 

What other information did or do they gain by "water boarding” and "force feeding". I was wondering when people are going to start asking for all that information, I mean they quote this stuff all the time, but where is the excel sheet of proof.

The White House agreed that actions were taken in spite of legal requirements and cited "unique and exigent circumstances" as justification.

This is an interesting part of this hole exchange thing, the belief that a Senator, Congressman, Judge or even the President himself, Acting above the law and rationalizing it.

 

Guantánamo Bay and detainees are to have a military tribunal, they are being held under terms of enactment as prisoners of the War on Terror, a publicly noted war, where the focus is to be on identify and stopping acts of terror. Yet no actions against Banks, nor Businesses who support terror have been identified and accused in courts, no report of which government or business sell weapons or support materials, no reports of what company or country supplies food and grounds for training how little or how much.

 

Yet the uses of “Water Boarding” and “Force Feeding” has been used to gain information of these very things.

 

I would think if one where to say that this is “Unique” and “Exigent Circumstance: dictates that either you classify them as terrorist hold them and interrogate them to gain information, and declare them prisoners of this War. The focus of the War is to find the Support structures and their abilities to operate, after this long a report needs to be made on who is supporting them.

 

We are to be a place of Justice where evidence to proven our laws and very founding documents forge this a nation of rights and laws, we have entered into charters with other nations to up hold human rights in they we agree to handle prisoners of war.

 

This War with the Executive powers of a country at war must come to and end. For it violates our laws, it violates the charted treaties we agreed to.

 

These leaders have stood their and clearly violated our trust, to make one think the National Security is more important than National Trust.

 

You can no longer allow them to have their way, I this is out right proof that these Men and Women think and act above our laws, with the intention of continuing to do so at each every turn.

 

To argue it as a prisoner exchange, is to violate a law of notification to congress, to hold them without trail is a violation of our laws, to hold them and torture them is a violation of the Charter of Human rights of the Geneva Convention, this have been around a lot long than these people who think they are above those very laws and ideals.

 

No Child Should Die by a Weapon of War, Show me who supports them, Show me who funds them, show me you will stop them, show me who sells them the guns and weapons. You have bent and broken our laws for this information Show Me.
