Today we get to find out who we are.

Bowe Bergdahl a controversy with lessons of the worse of what we know about America.

The most common complaint about the deal is the fact that five Taliban hardened top level, mind you detainees exchanged as prisoners of war.

But why release these detainees at all?

Well if one takes a drill, taking the bit slowly a crossed the skin until it bites just a bit, bringing the feeling of a slicing of the skin of a man. Then attaches it to the drill and bring that just close enough to cut hair, or maybe an eye lash or two if they move, then turn it on at the highest speed it runs, and ASK, question after question with just enough focus and shaky hands. I wonder what he would answer, or tie them up and water board them until you get even their mothers name.

Army Col. James Pohl ordered prosecutors last month to turn over never revealed details about Abd Al Rahim al-Nashiri's treatment. A CIA inspector general's report says the detainee was waterboarded and threatened with a gun and power drill.

Guys we can not even under a military court put them on trail, the behaviors of both the prosecutors and detainers violate our laws, so it is just better to exchange them for what we can get out them. What a perfect way to avoid any more public out cry. Avoid the trail where we prove our violations to every one.

Hay does anyone one know what Banks these Terrorists used, or where they buy the rocket launchers, I am sure that drill maybe a gun or two, a long with all that Waterboarding gave up some real information. I mean they did do it already I mean torture them, even now we have to force feed the ones that have just given up on life or would prefer to end it soon. I mean we did this, we do these things to get that information, where is that information where is that report of collaboration, I mean we have been doing these things and are doing these things to more than one, some how the stories got to match.

Today is the day that Army Col. James Pohl has to hear this part of the case. He has to make a decision on what will be used as evidence of collusion. Today weather Military Court or Legal Court of Law, Collusion by interrogation will or will not be ruling of that tribunal.

Today inhumane treat of Prisoners becomes public; today the Bill of Rights stands to the Test of Law of the Patriot Act.

Would it not be better to exchange them.

The USA PATRIOT Act is an Act of Congress that was signed into law by President George W. Bush on October 26, 2001. The title of the act is a ten-letter acronym (USA PATRIOT) that stands for Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001.

On May 26, 2011, President Barack Obama signed the PATRIOT Sunsets Extension Act of 2011, a four-year extension of three key provisions in the USA PATRIOT Act: roving, searches of business records (the "library records provision"), and conducting surveillance of "lone wolves"—individuals suspected of terrorist-related activities not linked to terrorist groups.

Cited from Wikipedia.

The Bill of Rights; from findlaw.com.  Title; V. No person may be tried for a capital or other “infamous crime” unless he or she has first been indicted by grand jury, except in Military cases. No person may be made answer for the same offense twice; (double jeopardy); be Compelled to be witness against himself or herself in a criminal case; or be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. Nor may private property be taken for public use without fair compensation.

All without breaking our agreements and treaties of the Hague Conventions on War Crime.

A war crime is a serious violation of the laws and customs of war (also known as international humanitarian law) giving rise to individual criminal responsibility. Examples of war crimes such as:

murdering, mistreating, or deporting civilian residents of an occupied territory to slave labor camps

murdering or mistreating prisoners of war or civilian internees

forcing protected persons to serve in the forces of a hostile power

killing hostages

killing or punishing spies or other persons convicted of war crimes without a fair trial

wantonly destroying cities, towns, villages, or any object not warranted by military necessity.

But I ask why should I even write this, for when you think it, this War has been about the profit of War. Not about up holding Law or righting any wrong.

So today we find out who we are.
